I am a Pop DJ, focusing on the best songs from the last 20 years, and timeless singalong classics from the 70's onwards.
You can expect to hear some of the following songs on the evening, how much I play of each genre depends on the crowd, and your music preferences we will discuss before your wedding day. A "No Play" list is also quite useful, but no need to add the Macarena, I won't play it anyway 🙂
It's super important that you give me info about your crowd, for example, if your crowd is predominantly Afrikaans, then there will definitely be some "sokkie" songs from the likes of Kurt Darren and Appel for example. If you guys are more into rock than pop, then that's what you'll get. The more info I have, the better.
The songs are listed randomly, knowing what to play when for the crowd I am playing for is my "secret sauce" so to speak.
