About The Knoll
The Knoll is a historic guest farm in Hilton, KZN Midlands, that has been a working estate since 1850. Today it's one of the Midlands' most loved wedding venues, with three distinct ceremony settings on a single property: lawned gardens with ancient oaks and azaleas, a rustic barn (The Knoll Shed) with exposed rafters and a working fireplace, and a dramatic forest under a canopy of towering trees.
The Knoll Shed is the heart of the reception. Its sides open and close so the venue adapts to the weather, and the lawn out front is made for canapes and lawn games before guests move inside for dinner. A wedding coordinator runs the venue side on the day, which makes the planning lighter for couples.
On-site self-catering accommodation means you and your closest can stay over and turn the day into a full weekend rather than a one-night event.
